As a lifelong seafarer, Captain Dave Milligan has a breadth of knowledge, hands on experience, and a passion for maritime education.
Captain Dave took the helm of what was once “CAPPS Marine” and has now rebranded the vessel, which is now known as “CAPPS Northern Training”, and is now charting the course for the next generation of aspiring seafarers.
